RETURN TO EQUILIBRIUM
Isn’t it strange how easy it is to forget, that we People ARE part of the Nature. That we are the results of a complex evolutionary chain-process and it took millions of years for us to arrive to this point! When we feel tired and worn out, when our eyes appear empty and our skin gets pale and when “joy” is but a word in our vocabulary. What do we do then? Where do we go? And do what? We go back Home, to the Source. We bask in the sun and immerse ourselves into turquoise waters. We rig our boats and let the winds take the lead. It is our inbuilt Intuition that brings us there. It knows where the Equilibrium resides.

When Life gifts us instances of total lightness and exultation of the spirit, we better tap to them – with our whole being! Such moments are like valued awards handed out by the Committee of Well-Being, saying: Breathe in the beauty around you! Remember, stress is not real; merely your own creation! Leave it! Now, enjoy! Then, forward! One step at the time! With confidence! In blue and lilac dusk of the dreamy Seychelles I managed to capture a magical moment like that, heavily charged with twirls full of Joie de Vivre.

COFFEE BEANS
The legend tells that our beloved coffee culture has its origins from the Ethiopian pasture lands. A herdsman from Kaffa wondered over his goats jumping around wildly and not sleeping at nights. 1,000 years forward and coffee houses have become our second homes where we work, relax and meet new Friends. – Two lovely coffee “Beans” chatting away in Amsterdam.

A sisterly or brotherly bond is a unique union – shared bloodlines, or not. Having such a relationship is priceless. It is a shared awareness, a mental “space” where we grow and are nourished by trust and unconditional love. – For a transient moment, metaphorically, that “space” became visible for my camera lens.
